At their December 16, 2023, meeting, the SROA Board took the following actions:

• Postponed deliberations and actions on proposed plant protection rules until the march 16, 2024 Board meeting.
• Set a 60-day period for Sunriver owners to submit comments on this issue. The comment period will end on February 14, 2024.
• Urged the following actions:
  — Publish the latest proposed rules and associated Design Committee “Rationales” document in an article in the January 2024, Sunriver Scene.
  — Conduct a “Sunriver You” on January 11, 2024.
  — Send an “email blast” with information.
